Leaders Club Member Confidentiality & Safe Space Agreement

As a member of Leaders Club, you have the right to confidentiality and privacy by the group leader(s)  and other group members. Confidentiality within the group setting is a ​shared responsibility of all members and leaders​.

While group leaders may not disclose any client communications or information except as provided by law, group  members’ communications are not protected. As such, confidentiality within the group setting is often ​based on mutual trust and respect. The Ultimate LYFE, LLC adheres to professional and ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation. Legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality include: a clear or present danger to harm yourself or another,  knowledge of the abuse or neglect of a minor child or incapacitated adult, or responses to a court subpoena or as  otherwise required by law.

As a member of this group, I agree to not disclose to anyone outside the group any information that may help to  identify another group member. This includes, but is not limited to, names, physical descriptions, biological  information, and specifics to the content of interactions with other group members.

✓ I commit to my own personal growth journey and not forcing my opinions or ideas on other members
✓ I commit to withholding judgement against other members as I recognize everyone is at different levels in  their growth process
✓ I commit to being a supportive accountability partner (aka “Warrior Buddy”) if I choose to work with  someone
✓ I commit to doing my best to create my own ultimate life!
✓ I commit to being a leader of LOVE (and discovering what that means for me)
✓ I understand that the group sessions will be recorded for archival purposes only and are only accessible by  current, paying members and will never be shared 

By my clicking 'Complete my purchase', I indicate that I have read carefully and understand the Group Agreements and that I agree  to its terms and conditions. 

I have asked and had answered any questions I have about these Group Agreements and am aware that e-signing the Agreement is required for my admission to Leaders Club group. 

Declaration

I understand that I am working with Kamille Rose Taylor for professional business and leadership coaching at the agreed fee. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.
