Kamille Rose Taylor didn't set out to become an executive coach. At 27, she was successful on paper and quietly unfulfilled — sensing there was more in her, but with no clear direction for where "more" actually led.

During that time of soul and career searching, one mentor relationship shifted something significantly for Kamille when he told her that she had become his most effective business confidant - the person he trusted to ask when he needed to think more clearly when it mattered most. He was the one who first suggested she become an executive coach.

Not knowing what an executive coach even was, Kamille began her research. She trained in the science and art of leadership coaching, worked with coaches of her own, and launched her own practice and first business on January 1, 2016.

A decade later, Kamille has coached 100s of entrepreneurs, founders, and high-achievers past the plateau most people quietly accept — scaling businesses to seven figures and beyond, without trading their values to get there. Her belief is simple: success should never cost you your soul. But protecting it isn't willpower — it's trained, and it starts in the mind.

Her work blends neuroscience-backed performance tools with behavioral frameworks (Kolbe, DISC, Working Genius) that reveal how a leader is actually wired to lead.

She's also a wife and mom — which means she doesn't coach business design in theory. She lives the tension of building something ambitious while making sure the business serves her life and mission, not the other way around.

Kamille is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), Certified Neuroscience Coach, Forbes Coaches Council alumni, and co-author in the best-selling book, The Successful Spirit. She holds a BA in Psychology and Mass Communications from UC Berkeley.

Kamille is the founder of Peak Mind School and Leaders Club, host of the Success & Surrender Podcast, and board chair of Hope Ventures, a nonprofit working to end poverty through entrepreneurship.
